Good afternoon!!!
Today we watched what I thought was going to be another boring TedTalk but to my surprise, the speaker was quite funny and entertaining as well as informative. He had a very interesting thesis that if children were willing, and had the resources, they can learn in groups on their own. Mitra (the speaker) had plenty of research to back this up and very interesting research methods which I thought were very cool. He continues to stress that technology is very important in learning and shows this by conducting his research in areas of poverty while the children continue to show a positive learning curve.
